TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
Tuesday & Thursday @ 9am
Tuesday class is a moderate intensity total body workout using the step, bands, weights, stability ball and mat exercises. Thursday class is a circuit set up with 15 different stations. Instructors are Pam Spaulding and Sue Werner
Monday & Wednesday @ 3:15pm
Join Michelle Pearsall for a workout will not only have you burning a lot of calories during the workout, but will also speed up your metabolic rate so you’ll continue burning calories long after the workout has ended. This class is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Michelle will take you through traditional weight work with dumbbells, compound moves, cardio, and body-weight exercises in an upbeat challenging, and easy-to-follow format. She will keep you focused throughout the workout to keep you on track toward reaching your fitness goals in less time.As you get stronger, and your fitness level increases you may need to increase your weight load and your range of motion to experience the same degree of challenge.

Laura Chapman will help you stay strong and lean doing fitness with an interval training workout filled with inno-vative core exercises, resistance training, and cardio. Every level welcome – make it your own.

Cardio with a focus on core exercises using weights, stability balls and bands.
HIIT: HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

Join Justine Hamilton to boost your metabolism sky high with High Intensity Interval Training.

Pick up co-ed sports for adults. Ages 13+. 13-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
DHARMA GENTLE – I | Open, All Welcome

Ideal for beginners, those returning after experiencing injury and those age 50 and beyond. This practice was created to add the healing and toning qualities of yoga to your life. Chelee will start with guided warm up stretches, and move into simple sitting and standing poses to loosen the joints, promote good posture and balance. .
