TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
Tuesday & Thursday @ 9am
Tuesday class is a moderate intensity total body workout using the step, bands, weights, stability ball and mat exercises. Thursday class is a circuit set up with 15 different stations. Instructors are Pam Spaulding and Sue Werner
Monday & Wednesdays @ 3:30 | Saturdays @ 8:30am
Join Michelle Pearsall for a workout will not only have you burning a lot of calories during the workout, but will also speed up your metabolic rate so you’ll continue burning calories long after the workout has ended. This class is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Michelle will take you through traditional weight work with dumbbells, compound moves, cardio, and body-weight exercises in an upbeat challenging, and easy-to-follow format. She will keep you focused throughout the workout to keep you on track toward reaching your fitness goals in less time.As you get stronger, and your fitness level increases you may need to increase your weight load and your range of motion to experience the same degree of challenge.

Cardio strength is key to life long fitness. Join Laura on Tuesdays and Thursdays as she works your core in three different ways!
First: Laura will use a blend of muscle toning resistance exercises focusing on correct form and infused with short explosions of fun, fat-burning cardio to tone and tighten muscles for maximum results!
Second: Laura will take you through standing and floor ab work to strengthen your entire body. A strong body increases metabolism. Stronger metabolism = more fat being burnt away!
Third: Laura will use exercises set to poppin’ music. Make them work for you, or do them just for fun!
Rock your body and your expectations with Cardio Fusion! This class is designed for participants of an intermediate skill level and higher, but moves can be modified for participants not yet at an intermediate skill level.
HIIT: HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
Monday, Thursday, & Sunday
This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will have you sweating your way to fitness!
You will be lead through intervals of high and low intensity aerobic activities designed to increase your metabolic rate. That means you burn fat now and later! While all the moves in this class can be modified, this class is designed for participants of at least intermediate experience.
Join Justine on Mondays and Thursdays at 7 pm
Join Kara on Sundays at 10 am!

Pick up co-ed sports for adults. Ages 13+. 13-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
Gentle Yoga with Cheley – I | Open, All Welcome
Mondays & Wednesdays @ 6PM
Ideal for beginners, those returning after experiencing injury and those age 50 and beyond. This practice was created to add the healing and toning qualities of yoga to your life. Cheley will start with guided warm up stretches, and move into simple sitting and standing poses to loosen the joints, promote good posture and balance.
