Through out the year the YMCA offers sports sessions to teach fundamentals and encourage good sportsmanship.
Sessions are 8 weeks long and each athlete will receive a Y Shirt and participation medal.

SPORTS FOR ALL SORTS
This program introduces kids to a number of different sports and develops physical and mental skills necessary for both group and individual sports involvement. Games are played to create a fun environment where parents participate with their children
ZEN DO KAI
Zen Do Kai is a freestyle martial art system described as an”open system that is open to influences and ideas from all around the world” Zen Do Kai embraces elements from Boxing, grappling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Eskrima, Judo, Karate and Muay Thai.
Our classes are held at Harrison Gym and take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Youth and adults welcome.
