LOW IMPACT AEROBICS
Join Sue and Pam for a class designed to meet the needs of active older adults over 60 years of age who like to participate in-group exercises. A doctor’s medical recommendation is requested and the program is controlled according to the individual’s capabilities and limitations.
LOW IMPACT WATER AEROBICS
Work out to music in the shallow end of pool – no swimming skills necessary. Improve flexibility, strength and cardio through low impact, joint friendly exercises. We use water barbells, kickboards and work against the resistance of the water.
